HEATING INSTRUCTIONS (HEAT FROM FROZEN. REMOVE ALL PACKAGING BEFORE HEATING.)

Portion Size

Thighs: 155g - 185g

Oven Bake

Preheat oven to 190°C; 100% dry heat (for Combi Oven apply 100% dry heat).

Place portions on oven trays and heat Drums and Wings for ±15 min and Thighs for ±20 min.

Allow product to stand for a minute before removing the portions carefully from the trays.

Open Fryer

Preheat oil to medium heat (±150ºC).

Oil should be deep enough to cover the portions completely.

Fry Drums for 8-9 min and Wings for 7-8 min, or until meat is heated through and golden brown.

Drain excess oil with paper towel.

Not suitable for Thighs.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

Place Drums and Wings in air fryer basket and space evenly.

Cook at 200°C for 10 min, turning halfway through cooking time.

Remove from basket and serve immediately.

Not suitable for Thighs.
