Oven Bake
Heat product from frozen.
Preheat combi oven to 1800°C (dry heat).
Rub legs with oil and apply spice evenly.
Arrange legs on a suitable oven rack with drip tray.
Heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Ensure that the core meat temperature reaches 65ºC.
Open Fryer
Heat product from frozen.
Preheat the deep fryer to 170ºC.
Deep fry legs for approximately 10-11 minutes.
Optional: Rub with a spice directly after frying.
