The SOVEREIGN competition is open to all residents of South Africa who are 18 years and older.
No directors, employees, agents or consultants of SOVEREIGN (The Organiser), or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition or their spouses, life partners, business partners or family members may participate.
The competition commences on 1 October 2022 and closes 31 October 2022 at 12pm CAT.
All entries must be received by the closing date. No entries received after the competition closes will be considered and any entries received after this date will be rejected automatically. By entering, you will automatically be opted into the Terms and Conditions.
Participants stand a chance to win 1 of 10 Mangwanani African spa vouchers to the value of R1000 each.
Prizes are not transferable. No alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part. The winner will accept the prize as is, at their own risk. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same value. Prize winners may only win once.
To stand a chance of winning, participants must ‘share’ and comment why they deserve to win on Sovereign’s PINK DRIVE campaign posts on Instagram and Facebook during the course of the competition period.
At the end of each week, names will be randomly selected throughout the competition period- 10 winners in total. Draw 1 will take place on Monday (10th Oct) and only entries from comments posted on the competition post from that previous week (1 Oct-10 Oct) will be eligible to win.
Draw 2 takes place on 17th Oct (2 winners) and only entries from comments posted on the competition post from that previous week (11th-17th Oct) will be eligible to win.
Draw 3 takes place on 24th Oct (2 winners) and only entries from comments posted on the competition post from that previous week (18th-24th Oct) will be eligible to win.
Draw 4 takes place on 31 Oct (4 winners) and only entries from comments posted on the competition post from that previous week (25 Oct-31st Oct) will be eligible to win.10 winners in total.
The weekly winners will be contacted within 1 day of the lucky draw and if there is no response within 48 hours then a new winner will be drawn.
Winners will be asked to provide their full name, ID number and contact details. Once received by Sovereign, the winners will be issued a digital voucher with the redeemable voucher code for Mangwanani African Spa outlets at the end of the competition period.
In order to claim their prize, winners must provide the valid voucher code along with their valid South African ID.
Vouchers are redeemable at any Mangwanani branch, with the exception of Beverly Hills Hotel.
Vouchers are redeemable for any Mangwanani treatment or package (Full Day Spa, Moonlight Night Spa and Half Day Spa) with the exception of the below packages:

Vouchers are redeemable and may be used for any specials Mangwanani are running at the time.
Vouchers may be used as part payment for any treatment.
Vouchers may not be used for a “voucher sale” (ie. Cannot purchase a voucher that may be on sale, with the voucher received as the prize) but may use the voucher to book a reservation for the sale that may be on promotion.

RESCHEDULING:
1. Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% Administration Fee, which is payable when rescheduling.
2. Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will carry a 25% Administration Fee, which is payable when rescheduling.
3. Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in a 100% Forfeit (full value of the booking).
CANCELLATIONS:
1. Cancellation of a booking and/or ‘no-show’ will result in a 100% Forfeit (full value of the booking.)
2. We regret to inform you that Mangwanani holds a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.
By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these rules. The judges’ decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
You agree that the Organiser is unable to, and is not required to, guarantee a particular result or set of results from either your participation in the competition or possible winnings.
You indemnify the Organiser and Organiser’s agents from any loss, damages, liability, claim, expenses, costs orders or demand which may arise as a result of your participation in the competition and, where applicable, subsequent prize award and delivery.
The Organiser may require any of the winners, at no fee, to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their prizes and/or after they receive their prize. Should this become necessary, such winner/s may be required to sign a letter of consent.
The Organiser shall have the right to use any photographs or video footage of any winners in perpetuity.
You agree that The Organiser may suspend, otherwise modify or cancel the competition should the competition’s continuation be untenable for reasons outside the Organiser’s control. Reasonable steps will be taken to notify competition participants should such steps become necessary and shall inform competition participants which steps it intends taking in this regard. In the event of any disruption to the competition, The Organiser shall use its reasonable endeavours to remedy the disruption and resume the competition on a fair and equitable basis to the participants.
All winners are selected on an impartial basis via random draw and our system for selecting winners is regularly audited.
