Southern Style Chicken Thighs

- 6 Sovereign Chicken’tizers Southern Style Chicken Thighs
- 2–3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed lettuce or baby spinach
- Feta cheese (optional)
- Salad dressing (vinaigrette, ranch, or your choice)
Method
- Oven: Preheat to 190°C. Place Chicken’tizers thighs on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through OR Air fryer: 200°C for 10 minutes
- Toss potato wedges in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a tray in a single layer.
- Oven: Roast at 200°C for 30–35 minutes, turning once OR Air fryer: 200°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.
- Add crumbled feta if using.
- Drizzle with your preferred dressing just before serving.
- Plate 2 chicken thighs per person alongside a portion of golden wedges and a fresh, crunchy salad.
