6 Sovereign Chicken’tizers Southern Style Chicken Thighs
2–3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups mixed lettuce or baby spinach
Feta cheese (optional)
Salad dressing (vinaigrette, ranch, or your choice)
Method
Oven: Preheat to 190°C. Place Chicken’tizers thighs on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through OR Air fryer: 200°C for 10 minutes
Toss potato wedges in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a tray in a single layer.
Oven: Roast at 200°C for 30–35 minutes, turning once OR Air fryer: 200°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
Combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.
Add crumbled feta if using.
Drizzle with your preferred dressing just before serving.
Plate 2 chicken thighs per person alongside a portion of golden wedges and a fresh, crunchy salad.
