Southern Style Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

    • 6 Sovereign Chicken’tizers Southern Style Chicken Thighs
    • 2–3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • ½ cucumber, sliced
    • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups mixed lettuce or baby spinach
    • Feta cheese (optional)
    • Salad dressing (vinaigrette, ranch, or your choice)

Method

  1. Oven: Preheat to 190°C. Place Chicken’tizers thighs on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through OR Air fryer: 200°C for 10 minutes
  2. Toss potato wedges in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a tray in a single layer.
  4. Oven: Roast at 200°C for 30–35 minutes, turning once OR Air fryer: 200°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a bowl.
  6. Add crumbled feta if using.
  7. Drizzle with your preferred dressing just before serving.
  8. Plate 2 chicken thighs per person alongside a portion of golden wedges and a fresh, crunchy salad.
