Dijon Mustard and Cream Bake


Ingredients

  • 4 – 6 chicken leg quarters or star pack

For the marinade

  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 1 tbls lemon juice
  • 3 tbls Dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1cup fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper

Method

To make the marinade

Excluding the cream, combine all ingredients together and pour over chicken and marinate overnight.

Pour cream over chicken and bake in a hot oven for 45min – 1 hour.
