Crispy Chicken Schnitzel with Honey Mustard & Cream Cheese & Sour Cream Sauce

6 to 8 Sovereign Chicken Schnitzels

Honey Mustard Sauce:

125 ml mayonnaise

60 grams dijon mustard

60 ml honey

Juice of 1 lemon
-
¼ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon sea salt
-
Black Pepper to taste

Cheese & Chive Sauce:
-
125 ml Creamy Mayonnaise
-
125 ml Sour Cream
-
1 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely diced
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
1/2 Lemon, juice only
-
½ teaspoon sea salt
-
Black Pepper to taste

Method
- Fry or Air Fry the Chicken Schnitzels according to packaging directions.
- While the chicken is cooking, make the sauces. Start by whisking together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Season to taste, cling wrap & set aside in the refrigerator.
- On to the Cheese & Chive Sauce. Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, onion powder, lemon juice & seasoning into a bowl, whisk to combine. Cling wrap and set aside in the refrigerator.
- Remove the Schnitzels from the oven or air fryer & serve with fresh herbs generous dollops and drizzles of the sauces.
