Chicken Frikkadels
Serves 6-8
Ingredients

- Cater Chicken Rocklands Fillets for 500g chicken mince
- 1 slice bread soaked in milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp chutney
- 2 tbsp onion, grated
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Roll into small balls.
- Bake or airfry at 180°C for 20 minutes or pan fry until golden.
- Serve with tomato relish or chutney glaze.
